Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. Any payments made will be fully refunded.
  2. Payment Requirement: Full payment for the booking is required 14 days before arrival. If payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
  3. Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
  4. Extenuating Circumstances: If a guest must cancel due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions, bereavement), they may submit a written request for a refund, including relevant documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of the property management.
  5. Compliance with Irish Law: This cancellation policy is in accordance with Irish consumer protection and contract laws governing short-term rentals. Guests may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other relevant legislation, which are not affected by this policy.

1. Prices and Taxes

All room rates are quoted in Euros and are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be clearly displayed during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon rate.

2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

9. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes for valuables. Additionally, the hotel is not liable for personal injuries sustained on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots, acts of God, or conditions beyond the control of the hotel.

11. Third Party Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not confer any rights to any party other than the parties to this agreement.

12. Waiver

Any failure by the hotel to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

13. Severance
