In the lobby, please use the self-check-in kiosk:
- Enter your booking number
- Confirm details and press “Check In”
- Collect your keycard
Your apartment number will be displayed on the screen.
Additional Keys
If you require more than one key, please ensure all guest details are entered during check-in. The machine will issue one key per registered guest.
Lost keys
To replace a lost key, re-enter your booking number at the kiosk and select “Lost Card”.
Early Arrival Without Confirmed Early Check-In
If the kiosk displays “Room Not Ready”, this means the apartment is still being cleaned and is not yet available for check-in.
